Although we’re open for all suggestions, we must set up some ground rules and define when contacting us is supported and when it’s frowned upon. Feel free to contact us if you want us to review a website builder that’s not on our list. If it checks all of our boxes, we’ll be happy to review it. Still, make sure to specify your relation with the website builder in hand. Also, you can contact us if you have any suggestions on how could we improve our work. Finally, you should reach out to us if you want to report a bug on our site.

When Should You Avoid Contacting Us?
Although we love getting readers’ emails, we must avoid getting undesired messages. Therefore, don’t contact us in the following cases:
- If you have a problem with a specific website builder. We’re not developing the website builders, we just review them. Instead, you should contact the website builder’s customer support
- If you wish to exchange or sell links
- In case you want us to do a paid review
